DVRX Detailing is a mobile car detailing and valeting service operating in Surrey, Guildford, and surrounding areas in the United Kingdom.
2. Services
We provide mobile vehicle detailing, valeting, polishing, ceramic coating, and related automotive care services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on vehicle condition, weather, location, and operational circumstances.
3. Bookings
Bookings may be made through our website, social media, phone, or email. A booking is only confirmed once acknowledged by DVRX Detailing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements. Final pricing may be confirmed upon inspection of the vehicle. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate booking information, ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed time, remove valuables and personal belongings before service, ensure the vehicle is in a safe condition for work to be carried out, and provide access to water or electricity where agreed in advance, if required. DVRX Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. We may reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Vehicle Condition and Liability
Existing damage, defects, scratches, stone chips, worn paint, loose trim, or mechanical/electrical issues are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. While we take reasonable care during our services, DVRX Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, damage resulting from faulty paintwork, wraps, trims, or aftermarket modifications, or mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our work. Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Ceramic Coatings and Paint Correction
Results from ceramic coatings, polishing, and paint correction services may vary depending on the age and condition of the vehicle. No guarantee is made that all scratches, swirl marks, or imperfections can be fully removed.
9. Weather and External Conditions
As a mobile service provider, certain services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather or unsuitable working conditions.
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to use the website unlawfully, attempt to interfere with website security, or copy or reproduce website content without permission. All website content, branding, logos, and media remain the property of DVRX Detailing unless otherwise stated.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVRX Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
